Identify and structure key operational challenges across First Mile hubs (e.g. productivity, delivery lead time, process efficiency)
Lead strategic and high-impact, cross-functional projects end-to-end - from diagnosis and solution design to implementation and performance tracking
Analyse large datasets to uncover insights, quantify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making
Develop frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders across operations and management to align on priorities and ensure successful execution of initiatives
Prepare management-level analyses, recommendations, and business reviews for leadership decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
Proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities
Good communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel to operational hubs within Malaysia when required
