Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Linehaul operations (eg. route design, on time transporting fulfillment, resources planning & management)
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and drive cross-functional alignment
Collaborate with various teams, including Business Solution, Leg Operations and Expansion, to ensure seamless execution of operational excellence initiatives
Develop dashboards, tools and comprehensive reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
Drive innovation and efficiency through data-driven insights and project management methodologies

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia
