Job Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible to identify gaps and propose solutions for improvements
  • Conduct collection of data to facilitate analysis to ensure root causes are identified and sustainable
  • Support the implementation of measurements and reporting systems to track efficiencies
  • Work closely with operation team to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met
  • Responsible in cost reduction initiative
  • Work closely with Data Analyst team on churning the data for analysis
  • Provide input and recommendations and implement for continuous improvement in processes and overall improvement initiatives
  • To improve process efficiency, manage an end-to-end process excellence initiative (Time, Cost, Customer experience)
  • Key focal point for all project related communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
  • Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
  • Excellent project & time management skills and ability to work with multi-disciplined team
