Operational Excellence & PMO (Open to Fresh Graduates) - SPX Express

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives from gap identification, data analysis, solution design to implementation.
• Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring KPIs, timelines, cost targets and stakeholder expectations are consistently met.
• Analyse operational and network data to identify bottlenecks, model scenarios, and recommend scalable, cost-efficient improvements.
• Develop reporting structures, dashboards and performance-tracking tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall operational excellence.
• Act as the key point of contact for project communication, aligning internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
• Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
• Excellent project & time management skills and ability to work with multi-disciplined team
