Working Hours 2.00pm - 10.30pm (Mon - Fri)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Executive based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Operational Executive will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing workflows, coordinating between departments, handling client communications, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role involves identifying areas for operational improvement, preparing reports, and supporting the implementation of new operational strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience in operations management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
