Responsibilities
- Manage customer account lifecycle including account creation, activation, suspension, and closure.
- Perform customer account setup, invitation, and quota configuration.
- Review customer contracts and operational documentation.
- Generate invoices and monitor prepaid customer balances.
- Process account balance adjustments after customer top-ups.
- Respond to customer operational inquiries and coordinate issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- CGPA of 3.5 or above.
- Preferably with Alibaba Cloud or Amazon Web Services Advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate availability or able to join within 2 weeks is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
- Comfortable performing repetitive operational tasks.
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
