We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Analyst to join our JAPAC Payroll Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. You do not need prior payroll experience. If you have strong language skills, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.

In this role, you will work with teams across Asia Pacific, support employees from different countries, and develop practical skills in payroll operations within a global multinational environment.

What You'll Do

As part of the JAPAC Payroll Operations team, you will:

  • Support payroll processing and employee data administration for China and the wider JAPAC region.
  • Review, check, and maintain payroll-related information to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Assist with payroll services for employees across multiple countries.
  • Respond to payroll-related questions from employees, managers, HR teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Help investigate and resolve payroll issues with guidance from experienced team members.
  • Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation accurately and confidentially.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors.
  • Participate in process improvement, testing activities, and compliance-related reviews.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any of the following areas:
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Human Resources
  • Commerce
  • Languages
  • Or another related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with up to 3 years of working experience are also welcome.

Language Requirements

This role requires strong language capability to support regional employees and stakeholders.

  • Fluent Korean, written and spoken.
  • Fluent Mandarin/Chinese, written and spoken.
  • Good English communication skills, written and spoken.

No Payroll Experience No Problem.

Payroll experience is preferred but not mandatory.
