Job Summary

Rakuten is now looking for a Team Lead to join our Operations Support team. Responsible for analyzing detailed operational information for a variety of clients across the advertising network. Perform quality audits and data reconciliation to a high degree of quality. Ensure application of network and advertiser rules in support of areas like compliance monitoring, partnership quality analysis, and more. Train others to do the above, direct tasks to junior team members, and communicate with team management to estimate and ensure capacity appropriate to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational tasks include capacity estimation aligned to business KPIs
  • Lead operations training for new team members.
  • Discover and monitor advertisers information on websites and internal platforms utilizing internal tooling.
  • Critically review and proofread all website content, including articles, product descriptions, and marketing materials, to ensure policy adherence, precise meaning, and accurate data representation.
  • Produce regular reports, either independently or collaboratively with a team, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain and build ongoing audit templates and ad-hoc audit templates.
  • Create new and keep existing written documentation up to date.
  • Collaborate with the cross-to effectively address and resolve client-related challenges.

  • English fluency: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced with strong written accuracy
  • Detail-oriented, thorough, and meticulous.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain high attention to detail while working with large volumes of text under time constraints.
  • Strong time management and self-organization skills and ability to meet predetermined timeframes.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Ability to accurately interpret complex documents and online policies.
  • Basic understanding of HTML structure, ecommerce compliance is a plus; however, training will be provided.
