Job Description
We are seeking an Operations & Administrative Executive to support the daily operations of our supplement business. This role focuses on operational coordination, administrative support, logistics arrangement, and customer data management to ensure smooth business execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product distribution and delivery arrangements with warehouses, couriers, and distribution partners.
- Track inventory movement, delivery status, and follow up on discrepancies or delays.
- Prepare and maintain operational documents including purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and internal records.
- Support operational documentation related to products (e.g. product information, labels, and records).
- Collect, organise, and maintain customer data from various sales channels.
- Assist in basic customer data analysis and preparation of summary reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer and operational data.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and coordinating across departments.
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
- Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
- 13 years of experience in operations, administration, logistics, or data handling roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and basic reporting.
- Able to handle routine tasks independently and follow established processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or customer data management is an advantage.
