Hiring: Operations Analyst (Chinese Speaker)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Operations Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a background in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
You should be comfortable working with data, building reports and dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders across regions. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Advanced degrees are a plus
Experience
- 12 years of relevant experience in operations, reporting, or analytics
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and pricing requirements
- Translate business needs into automated reporting solutions
- Debug and troubleshoot data and system-related issues
- Document processes, systems, and workflows clearly
- Manage operational backlogs (logistics experience is a plus)
- Monitor and review performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure high accuracy and quality of data reporting
- Execute assigned tasks independently and on time
- Support additional tasks assigned by managers/team leads
Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite
- Experience with reporting and dashboard creation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills (debugging/troubleshooting)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
