A Sneak Peek into the Role:
You will oversee Corvan's internal systems (HubSpot, StoreHub, accounting tools, logistics platforms) while also managing key operational processes such as logistics, order fulfillment, inventory, and supplier coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting systems with real-world operations, solving problems, and improving how a business runs end-to-end.
What will you do
- Manage and maintain operational systems and tools such as CRM, POS systems, accounting software, and logistics platforms to ensure accurate and efficient workflows.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across logistics, fulfillment, inventory, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes, including coordination with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and delivery partners.
- Support B2C and B2B order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers and partners.
- Coordinate inventory-related activities such as stock monitoring, stock reconciliation, and stock transfers between locations.
- Liaise with overseas suppliers on shipment schedules, production updates, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy, and scalability.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, sales reports, and related documentation to support business decisions.
- Support invoice processing, reconciliation, and general administrative coordination related to operations and logistics.
- Assist in after-sales and warranty coordination to ensure smooth customer experience and timely resolution.
- Support cross-functional initiatives such as campaigns, launches, and operational projects where required.
What are we looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or business operations roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as CRM (e.g., HubSpot), POS systems, accounting software, or logistics platforms.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Good communication and coordination skills across internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
