Role Description
- Monitor tenant adherence to Tenancy Agreement clauses, house rules and mall SOPs.
- Support tenant onboarding, move-ins and operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, OSH, and mall requirements.
- Assist in tenant fit-outs, renovations and reinstatements operationally.
- Support fire drills, emergency preparedness and tenant incident reporting.
- Assist in compiling monthly Leasing & Operations reports.
- Coordinate yearly inspections and renewals (OSH, BOMBA, JKKP, Fire Dept, DOE).
- Assist in fire drills, evacuations and safety awareness campaigns.
- Track preventive maintenance for HVAC, lifts, escalators, fire systems, etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Building Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience in mall, retail, or property management will have an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of tenancy agreements, mall operations, and building compliance standards is preferred.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements such as OSH, BOMBA, JKKP, and fire safety regulations is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Ayer Itam, Penang.
