Role Overview
The OA serves as the operational bridge between the sales team, management, and HQ. The role covers personnel administration, financial operations, and cross-team coordination, with workload peaking at month-start and month-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full employee lifecycle administration: onboarding, account creation, offboarding, and fixed asset recovery.
- Coordinate new hire interviews, training arrangements, and system account setup (Office 365, BSS, Lark).
- Handle petty cash recording, reconciliation, and monthly replenishment applications.
- Process welfare expense tracking, rental applications and monthly attendance sheets
- Process monthly part-time subsidies, probation conversions, and quarterly salary adjustment emails.
- Maintain team cost reports and employee information tables; submit to Sales Management on a regular basis.
- Relay company policy updates to all team members and follow up on approval statuses.
- Liaise with HQ HR, Finance, Cloud Department, and Sales Management on operational matters.
Requirements
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to manage recurring deadlines independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills across teams and departments.
- Proficient in Office 365; experience with Lark systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in operations, administration, or HR support preferred.
