Position Overview
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily account bookkeeping, human resources, and administrative operations. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 13 years of working experience who are strong in paperwork, organised, and possess good communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
i. Account Bookkeeping
- Manage and record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
- Process invoices, staff claims, and payments in a timely manner.
- Assist in reconciling records and identifying discrepancies.
- Support preparation of basic financial reports for management review.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
ii. Human Resources Support
- Support HR processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding documentation.
- Assist in communication with candidates, employees, and relevant external parties.
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and local labour regulations.
iii. Administration & Operations
- Handle general administrative and operational tasks such as filing, document control, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, schedules, and basic office logistics.
- Maintain proper records of office assets and operational documents.
- Support cross-department coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
iv. Other
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 13 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong in paperwork, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
