We are building a new Operations Assurance function to ensure our KYC and compliance workflows are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.The Operations Assurance Manager will design and lead this function, performing quality assurance, assessing operational processes, and providing actionable feedback to drive compliance and operational excellence.This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who is analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable influencing teams to embed a culture of quality and compliance.

What you'll be spending your time on:

  • Experience in compliance operations, KYC, AML, or operational assurance, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Deep knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance workflows.
  • Experience in setting up QA or assurance frameworks for operational processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify trends and process gaps.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills for providing constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards, reporting tools, or workflow management systems.

  • Stakeholder satisfaction with QA feedback and assurance reporting.
