Contract Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRO/BPO Operations Coordinator for a temporary contract position. This role involves managing essential tasks related to Human Resource Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing, ensuring smooth operations and support for agents.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee manual review tasks assigned to agents, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.

2. Conduct weekly checks on manual review tasks to ensure compliance with quality standards.

3. Attend weekly and monthly team meetings to discuss performance metrics and updates.

4. Prepare monthly budget reports that summarize spending for HRO and BPO activities.

5. Review monthly settlement and address any discrepancies or queries to ensure alignment with actual expenditures.

Rquired Skills

1. Fluency in both Mandarin and English for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

2. Basic SQL skills for querying data and tracking key metrics.

2. Attention to detail for spotting inconsistencies in data or processes.

3. Strong organizational and communication skills.

4. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

5.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

6.Proven experience in HRO/BPO operations or project coordination.

7.At least 1-2 years of working experience

Salary Range

MYR 7,000- MYR 8,000
