Join our team supporting the world's largest Social Media platform. You will provide B2B advertising operation support, manage marketing performance, and offer tailored solutions to maximize ad efficiency for Korean-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Operations Support: Manage B2B advertising operations and track marketing performance for a global SNS giant.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve a wide range of issues, from basic inquiries to complex technical troubleshooting.
- Strategic Solutions: Provide customized solutions and optimizations to maximize clients advertising ROI.
- Omnichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries via Live Chat (70-80%), Outbound Calls (No Inbound), and Email.
- Compliance: Maintain service quality based on the platform's terms and community guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Korean: Native-level proficiency or equivalent to TOPIK 6
- English: Intermediate level (Able to conduct business communication and internal training)
- SNS Savvy: Highly proficient in using various Social Media platforms
- Mindset: Strong service-oriented mindset and efficient problem-solving skills
- Mobility: Ability to relocate and work in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ months of experience in the BPO/Customer Support industry
- Education: Major in Communication, Advertising, or Marketing
- Skills: Prior experience in digital marketing, data analysis, or ad operations
