The Operations Excellence Executive is responsible for driving continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the Group. This role ensures that all business units operate efficiently, leverage the Group's operation system and AI tools, and consistently achieve performance KPIs to deliver high-quality and timely services to clients. The incumbent will work closely with management, team leaders, and the AI development team to refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and promote a culture of operational excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Efficiency
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce duplication across departments.
- Monitor workflow, turnaround time, and productivity to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for management review.
System & AI Adoption
- Ensure all staff effectively utilize the company's operation system and AI tools in their daily work.
- Conduct training, user support, and feedback sessions to promote consistent system usage.
- Collaborate with the AI team to develop, test, and implement automation features and intelligent reporting tools.
SOP Enhancement
- Review and update SOPs regularly to align with best practices and new technology capabilities.
- Work with the AI team to integrate automation, workflow tracking, and data analytics into SOPs.
- Ensure all processes comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Change Management & Training
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through engagement, communication, and staff empowerment.
- Organize workshops or sharing sessions to introduce new tools or process enhancements.
- Provide change management support during system or process upgrades.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in operations, process improvement, digital transformation, or related roles within professional services or corporate environments.
- Experience in using or implementing ERP/operations systems or AI-based tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Good understanding of workflow automation, business process design, and performance management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI (or other analytics tools), and general office systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across all levels.
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in AI and innovation.
