Job Description

Job Description:

  • Identify key operational gaps and improvement opportunities within First Mile Operations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to design and project manage initiatives across all First Mile Hubs in Malaysia.
  • Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and tools as required to monitor and track operational performance.
  • Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to derive insights.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to assist in managing and analyzing data, creating templates, and preparing presentations.
  • Preferably familiar with the first mile process.
  • Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia for on-site analysis and support.
