Duties and Responsibilities:
The role is to lead and support the entire assigned merchandizing project in strategizing, implementing, and maintaining effective procedures and operations for the team.
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing field operations, deployment & execution are delivered effectively (Trade Execution Excellent)
- Monitor headcount fulfilment and support project recruitment
- To drive and achieve KPI performance for the project
- Providing guidelines, direction and motivation and support to the team
- Attend Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly / Quarterly Project Business Review
- Monitor and tack daily execution of merchandizing team
- Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach tea lead/team member (2days per week, inclusive going outstation or as per needs)
- Handle daily operational and execution issues
- System support - RetailAIM, QuickView and PowerBI
- Analyzing merchandizing team performance via PowerBI
Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advance Diploma in business administration, operations management or equivalent.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
- At least 3 years of work experience in related FMCG industry (Preferably)
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in handling daily operational issues
- With organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Able to lead by example, maintain good spirits and contribute team morale
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions
- Possess own transport
- Able to work on weekends as per needs
Salary Range : RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00
