** IMMEDIATE POSITION **
- MANDARIN CHINESE IS A MUST - BOTH SPEAKING AND WRIING
- Experience in Paperwork, Client Communication and Admin
- Knowledge and experience in Work pass / PR Application will be a plus
Responsibilities (Training will be provided):
- Able to handle & collate intensive paperwork and documents.
- Constantly liaise with clients on tight timeline for documentations.
- Comfortable to meet up with client to cross check documentations & submissions.
- Other general administrative work
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Possess at least Nitec / Higher Nitec / O-level / Diploma / A-level graduate / Bachelor Degree Holder in any field.
- Junior Executive specialised in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent will be preferred
- At least 2 year of working experience in related field is a bonus
- Customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Well-groomed & Professional
- Good command of English and Mandarin (in order to meet up with English and Mandarin speaking client to cross check documentations & submissions.)
