The Opportunity
The Operations Officer provides high-level administrative, operational, and digital support to advance the Education & Training Academy's enterprise education initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, the role manages open-enrollment sales communications, maintains critical client and trainer databases, updates online sales platforms and website marketing channels, and delivers key sales reporting to ensure smooth commercial operations and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting Line: The position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Development, under general direction
