Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations Coordination
- Act as the primary communication interface between the company and manufacturing sites
- Coordinate daily factory operations to ensure production plans are executed as scheduled
- Monitor production progress, capacity status, and output performance
- Ensure production schedules align with business demands
Quality and Delivery Management
- Track product quality status throughout the manufacturing process
- Coordinate the resolution and improvement of production issues
- Escalate critical issues when necessary and follow through to closure
- Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery
Supply Chain and Operations Support
- Track material delivery and import/export related activities
- Coordinate communication among suppliers, logistics providers, and factories
- Support daily business operations in Malaysia
- Assist with basic administrative and operational coordination tasks
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company
Qualifications
- Associate degree or above (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Prior experience in manufacturing; electronics manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience in optical products, electronics manufacturing, or machine vision industry is a plus
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production line operations
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic experience in project coordination or manufacturing operations is preferred
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
