We are looking for an Operations Executive to support day-to-day office operations and provide administrative and operational support across departments. This role is based in the back office and offers broad exposure to operations, coordination, and management support within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations and cross-department coordination
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, follow-ups, and operational updates
- Maintain and update internal data, records, and operational information
- Support compliance-related tasks including AML/CFT monitoring and internal monitoring
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO, including arranging documents and tracking matters for approval
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, logistics, and office resources
- Manage office supplies, vendors, courier arrangements, and travel bookings
- Assist with expense claims, documentation, and general administrative support
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks, process improvements, and project initiatives
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- 13 years of experience in operations, admin, or office support roles
- Fresh graduates with strong organisational skills are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
