About The Role
We are looking for a motivated
Operations Executive to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will support the branch in meeting GWP targets, manage credit control activities, and ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will also help maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements while supporting smooth service delivery across all distribution channels.
What You Will Be Doing
- Contribute to branch efforts in achieving GWP targets set by HQ.
- Manage credit control activities to ensure premium collection stays on track.
- Follow Group and company guidelines, including regulatory rules on CBC and AML.
- Handle timely and accurate issuance of policies, receipts, and document filing.
- Support internal processes to ensure good service is provided to all distribution channels.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or relevant professional qualification in business, finance, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well with internal teams and distribution channels.
- Understanding of compliance requirements, including CBC and AML, is an advantage.
