Job Purpose:

This position is responsible to attend to day-to-day operations matter to ensure smooth running of the business.

Job Duties:

• Act as a point of contact between Sunway Money and our Clients/Partners to investigate and troubleshoot any operational issues e.g. stuck transactions, develop the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction and follow up to ensure resolution while coordinating between related Persons-in-Charge and Clients.
• Monitor operational performance on both Clients and Partners, and ensure that the quality of services provided meet their expectations.
• Strategize ways to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks in daily operations by analysing and improving existing processes.
• Develop effective short and long-term plans for achieving operational improvements by collaborating with other departments and stakeholders e.g. enhance workflow, automation initiatives.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in any field from a reputable university.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Pleasant personality, result oriented, able to work in a team, and proactive.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years working experience in business strategy and operations are encouraged to apply.
• FinTech / Payment / Remittance related experience would be an added advantage.
