Job Summary
As an Operations Fulfilment Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end logistics and production fulfillment process from inventory management and shipment tracking to overseeing production floor activities such as flower arrangement, quality control, packaging, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfilment & Logistics Operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Track and monitor shipments; liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers to resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain and reconcile accurate inventory records including receipts, dispatches, and stock levels.
- Optimize delivery routes and cost efficiency, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics to evaluate and improve delivery operations.
Production Floor Oversight
- Oversee daily production floor activities across all stations: flower prepping, arrangement, quality control, packaging, and handover.
- Ensure each workstation is well-staffed, clean, and equipped for smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure material readiness before production.
- Monitor real-time production output and resolve any on-the-floor issues or escalate to superior when needed.
- Enforce production safety, hygiene, and quality standards consistently.
Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Identify and implement process improvements across customer service, logistics, and production.
- Stay informed on best practices and operational trends in fulfilment and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, procurement, marketing) to support company-wide goals and improve overall service delivery.
