About the IGNITE Internship Program

IGNITE is a standard12-week internship at FedEx designed to give high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the world of work.

Through real business projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and curated learning experiences, this structured program is designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.

Explore our available Operations internship roles below. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree from Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Warehouse Management or related academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Station Operations (based in Shah Alam)

  • Support operational projects through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Identify manual reporting processes and support digitalization or automation efforts
  • Monitor reports and KPIs to identify operational improvement opportunities
  • Assist operations teams in problem-solving and day-to-day process improvements
  • Create, maintain, and enhance KPI and performance reports
  • Analyze existing processes and SOPS to recommend and propose efficiency improvements

Operations Warehouse Management (based in Sepang)

  • Learn and support gateway operations through daily AM sorting activities
  • Review and analyse warehouse processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support process enhancement initiatives to reduce wastage and errors
  • Assist in productivity and efficiency improvement projects
  • Contribute to overall warehouse optimization and operational effectiveness
  • Analyze existing processes and propose efficiency improvements

Who We're Looking For

We welcome students pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or those who have recently graduated, who are:

  • Available to join us in June 2026
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Able to commit for at least 12 weeks

Note: Open to International Students with valid student pass & VISA.
