Position Overview

Dominion Capital Strategies is seeking a highly professional and client-focused operations and KYC specialist to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. This position is integral to the firm's continued growth in the Japanese market and will serve as a key support contact for Japanese-speaking clients and distribution partners. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in KYC procedures, onboarding processes, and client relations, ensuring that our Japanese speaking partners receive the highest standard of service in line with the firm's global reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end to end client onboarding processing and KYC tasks.
• Provide ongoing client servicing with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and issue resolution.
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with Japanese speaking clients and distribution partners, fostering strong long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and market-specific considerations are addressed effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fluency in Japanese and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a client services, KYC support, or professional services environment; financial services experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering client service excellence within a corporate environment.
