JOB FUNCTION : MACHINERY MAINTENANCE WORKSHOP
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Technical / vocational training in industrial machinery maintenance
- Safety certification (CIDB / DOSH / OSHA knowledge preferred)
- Minimum 58 years experience in heavy industrial / plant maintenance
- At least 23 years in supervisory / team leader role
- Experience in Coking Plant / Steel Plant / Heavy Industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors
- Strong knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance
- Able to read mechanical drawings & technical manuals
- Familiar with hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Welding & fabrication knowledge is an advantage
- Basic troubleshooting of mechanical breakdowns
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Supervise installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems supporting coke oven batteries, gas recovery units, and auxiliary process facilities.
- Monitor and control critical technical parameters of field transmitters, analyzers, motor control systems and etc to ensure stable operation of automated coking processes.
- Diagnose complex faults in high-voltage distribution systems, control circuits, sensors, and industrial instrumentation using advanced testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs aligned with international industrial reliability and safety standards to minimize downtime in continuous production environments.
