About the Client

Our client is a well-established, high-growth player in the energy and industrial solutions sector, specializing in engineering, project management, and logistics support for complex operational environments. About the Role

This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for overseeing the entire operational backbone of the organization. The Operations Manager will lead cross-functional teams including project management, engineering, logistics, maintenance, and administration. The role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives on improving processes, aligning daily operations with strategic goals, and driving performance through KPIs and continuous improvement. The primary challenge and opportunity: to translate high-level strategy into practical, measurable action plans while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality across all departments.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership

  • Oversee dailybusiness operations across all departments.
  • Lead and coordinateactivities related to project management, engineering, logistics,maintenance, and administrative support.
  • Develop andimplement operational plans, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiencyand effectiveness.
  • Translate thecompany's strategic objectives into practical operational goals and actionplans.


2. Process & Performance Management

  • Monitor operationalperformance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify areas forprocess improvement and implement operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure projects aredelivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
  • Maintain continuousimprovement practices across all operational functions.


3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, andsupport department heads and operational staff.
  • Foster acollaborative, performance-oriented work culture.
  • Encourage trainingand skill development to build high-performing teams.


4. Compliance, Safety & Quality

  • Ensure alloperations comply with company policies, industry standards, andregulatory requirements.
  • Promote a strongHealth, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture throughout the organization.
  • Oversee qualityassurance systems and operational audits to maintain high standards.


5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely withthe CEO to align operational strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate withother departments (including Finance, HR, and Procurement) to ensureseamless coordination of company activities.
  • Prepare and presentregular operational reports, performance summaries, and improvement plansto the CEO.
  • Represent thecompany in meetings, inspections, and external engagements as assigned.


 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • 8–12 years ofprogressive experience in operations management, preferably within theenergy, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experiencemanaging large-scale operations and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong understandingof project execution, logistics, and operational planning.
  • Demonstrated successin improving efficiency, productivity, and process quality.
