Oversee daily operations and exhibit excellent critical thinking skills to resolve problems.
To create, update and audit the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure that the SOPs are followed by the team consistently.
Ensure optimal use of resources such as stocks and staffing level. Plan and work towards the designated budgets, efficient cost management and sales targets.
Collaborate across functions (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Marketing) to align strategies and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure a high standard of shop ambience and presentation.
Ensures the team demonstrates good personal hygiene and personal presentation.
Coach and develop the team for continuous growth and foster a positive, yet disciplined working environment.
Provide necessary guidance & consultation on food preparation and conduct regular food audits to ensure the consistency of all products
Ensure strict adherence to local regulations.
Manage disciplinary issues and propose remedial actions.
Uphold the brands reputation and integrity by ensuring the customer complaints are handled with care and all teams provide consistent service quality to all guests.
Any other operational duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Having a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business or Hospitality is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in managing a F&B outlet is preferred.
Strong communication skills, fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia languages.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
Preference will be given to candidates who are available to start immediately.
