Role Description

This full-time on-site Operations Manager role is based in Keningau. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the college, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. They will manage and coordinate administrative tasks, supervise departments, develop and implement policies, and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves budgeting, resource allocation, and contributing to the overall strategic planning of the institution.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Proficiency in operational planning, strategizing, and execution
• Experience in administration, process improvement, and policy implementation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the education sector or institutional management is highly beneficial
