Operations Manager - ICS

LEM Malaysia is seeking a semiconductor industry veteran to build its semiconductor operation team in Penang, Malaysia. The objective is to build all the competence required to manufacture our portfolio of Semiconductor current sensors. With a solid business plan and a strong funding, this position is the ideal opportunity to build the complete operations team of a new fabless semiconductor division.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage OSAT partner and NPI:
• Manage the ICS Operation team and actively work together with our ICS R&D team
• Manage different OSAT partners incl. transfers (if necessary)
• Manage foundries (if required)
• Responsible for operational KPI`s in collaboration with the OSAT partners, incl. production costs
• Manage continuous yield and manufacturing efficiency improvement
• Purchase new and used equipment in accordance with the overall test strategy
• Launch successful new products in collaboration with our ICS R&D team

Job Requirements:

• Semiconductor manufacturing expert (10y+) with experience in OSAT management.
• Demonstrated capability to build strong teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Fluent in English
