Responsibilities- Ensure the development, managing and optimising Micro Credentials are carried on in an appropriate way.
- Participates in and coordinates the design and implementation of data collection and analysis systems, to include computer, and/or network systems, applications programs, and administrative procedures.
- Always strive for improvement of operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Oversees the supervision of one or more specified operating and/or service activities.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Perform quality controls and monitor Key Performance Indicators.
- Developing and documenting standard operating procedures.
- Filing, record-keeping and operational aspects as they impact business operations.
- Help management implement organizational objectives, strategies, policies and tactics.
- Coordinate daily business operations, ensuring organizational excellence
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Assist HR with recruiting and other HR functions when necessary.
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization and its staff.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director and/or the Management.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in IT
- At least 5 years working experience in IT-related field
- Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in process optimization and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
