Position: Operation Manager

Working hours: Fixed hours, 5 days working, 2 days off
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager I to lead a team of technical support experts. This role involves supervising Team Leaders, ensuring Client Service Level Agreements, and achieving financial expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven management experience, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed.
- Maximize revenue through data collection, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Select, train, develop, and manage the performance of direct reports and their associates.
- Manage operational reports and foster relationships with client partners.
- Provide leadership to ensure consistent administration of company policies.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones for performance reviews and developmental coaching.
- Create a positive work environment through employee engagement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings for continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices and drive consistent performance.
- Attend business reviews with the client.
