7 Job Description

  • a Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity,

b Monitor and analyze operational metrics (production output, labor costs, inventory levels)

c Manage and coordinate activities of production, purchasing, logistics, and quality control departments

d Oversee the production process, including scheduling, material procurement, production planning, quality control

and inventory management

e Ensuring compliance with MDA regulations and other regulatory requirements related to medical device

and Cosmetic production

f Develop and implement procedures for quality control and assurance, including testing and inspection procedures

g Collaborating with other departments, such as research and development and sales, to ensure that products

meet customer needs and are aligned with company goals

h Ensuring that production facilities and equipment are maintained in good condition and are in compliance with

regulatory requirements

i Ensuring all staffs are compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

j Identifying and resolving operational & production problems and issues in a timely manner

k Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets and resource allocation

l Manage and evaluate staff performance; provide feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans

m Develop and implement training programs to enhance employees skills and knowledge

n Conduct regular meetings with Management to review operations performance and identify areas for improvement

o Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required by the Management /

superior from time to time
