  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient food and business operations
  • Enhance systems, workflows, and operational best practices to improve productivity and service quality
  • Manage daily food operations, including overseeing kitchen operations, operational staff, and administrative coordination
  • Ensure operational processes comply with legal regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
  • Uphold workplace health and safety standards and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Monitor employee and team performance, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support operational and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align operations with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing arrangements with suppliers and vendors
  • Manage inventory control, procurement, stock replenishment, and supply chain coordination
  • Implement quality assurance measures and monitor operational KPIs to maintain product and service standards
  • Enhance customer service quality and overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze operational data to identify process improvements, productivity enhancements, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Optimize operational workflows and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor food preparation and operational processes to ensure consistent quality standards
  • Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, scheduling, onboarding, and staff training
  • Prepare and report on operational efficiency, productivity, and quality performance
  • Foster teamwork, innovation, and productivity through effective communication and leadership
  • Stay updated on industry trends, food operations practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Support the implementation of new technologies, systems, and operational improvements
  • Maintain sustainable and efficient service operations
  • Handle operational issues and support conflict resolution practices within the workplace
