A.C. Trading Srl, an Italian company specialized in the import, wholesale and retail distribution of Asian food products, with multiple offices across Italy and abroad, is opening a new branch in George Town, Malaysia and is looking for a motivated and reliable:
Operations & Order Management OfficerLocationInitial 1-month training in Italy (expenses fully covered by the company), followed by permanent placement in George Town, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities- Order management and processing
- Purchasing and supplier coordination
- Travel arrangements and business trip preparation
- Customer service and client support
- General operational and administrative support for the new branch
Requirements- Fluency in Chinese and English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Italian is a strong plus
- Previous experience in trading, import/export, wholesale or food distribution companies is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
What We Offer- Full-time contract
