Job Description

A.C. Trading Srl, an Italian company specialized in the import, wholesale and retail distribution of Asian food products, with multiple offices across Italy and abroad, is opening a new branch in George Town, Malaysia and is looking for a motivated and reliable:

Operations & Order Management OfficerLocation

Initial 1-month training in Italy (expenses fully covered by the company), followed by permanent placement in George Town, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order management and processing
  • Purchasing and supplier coordination
  • Travel arrangements and business trip preparation
  • Customer service and client support
  • General operational and administrative support for the new branch
Requirements
  • Fluency in Chinese and English (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Italian is a strong plus
  • Previous experience in trading, import/export, wholesale or food distribution companies is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
