Description
- Coordinate and manage third-party manufacturing (TPM) processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers in Japanese to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Monitor and track production schedules to meet procurement and supply chain targets.
- Analyze and resolve any issues related to supply chain and production planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of production and supply chain goals.
- Prepare and present reports on production and supply chain performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Profile
A Successful Operations Planner (Japanese Speaker) Should Have
- Proficiency in English & Japanese (min JLPT N2), both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Minimum 1+ years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in Supply Planning
- A Bachelor degree in supply planning or related fields.
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling tools and techniques.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
