We're looking for a dedicated Operations Plant Technician to help us ensure reliable and efficient production at our tonnage facility.
What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor plant systems to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient performance.
- Perform routine maintenance, data logging, and performance analysis.
- Conduct product quality checks and issue certificates of conformance.
- Manage backup systems during plant disruptions.
- Support bulk distribution operations and participate in plant startups and tuning.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety protocols, and environmental programs.
- Be part of the emergency response team and contribute to site safety campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: SPM or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Skills:
- Plant operations knowledge
- Basic computer literacy
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
