About the Role

Lion Parcel Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated Operations Program Executive / Senior Executive (Pre-Sales) to support business growth by designing operational solutions and ensuring seamless onboarding of new customers. This role acts as the bridge between Sales, Operations, Network, Customer Service, and External Partners to develop logistics solutions that are operationally feasible, cost-efficient, and scalable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for solution design, operational costing, process mapping, customer implementation planning, and project coordination for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to understand customer requirements and logistics needs.
  • Design end-to-end operational solutions for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct operational feasibility assessments for potential customers.
  • Develop process flows, SOPs, and service delivery models.
  • Support proposal preparation, customer presentations, and solution pitching.

Customer Onboarding & Project Implementation

  • Lead operational readiness activities for new customer implementations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-live.
  • Develop implementation timelines, project plans, and risk mitigation measures.
  • Monitor onboarding milestones and resolve implementation issues.

Process Improvement & Program Management

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor project performance against defined KPIs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key liaison between Sales, Operations, Customer Service, IT, and external vendors.
  • Participate in customer meetings and operational reviews.
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational capabilities.

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

Executive

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, project management, or solution design.

Senior Executive

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce fulfillment, transportation, or supply chain operations
