Role Description The Operation and Treasury Executive is a full-time role responsible for supporting daily OTC transaction operations and treasury activities. This hybrid position is based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore or china with a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. Key responsibilities include admin work, customer service, organizing docuemnts, perform settlements with counterparties and banking partners, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The role also involves tracking liquidity positions, assisting in cash flow planning, preparing operational and treasury reports, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance procedures. The executive will collaborate with sales and management teams to support client onboarding, improve operational efficiency, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for transaction monitoring, reconciliation, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support client-facing activities, understand client needs, and collaborate with commercial teams on operational aspects of deals.
  • Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily processes, maintain controls, optimize workflows, and ensure timely settlements.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills for implementing process improvements, supporting new product or system rollouts, and handling cross-functional initiatives.
  • Knowledge of crypto, digital assets, or financial services operations is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic financial tools; familiarity with treasury or cash management systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work accurately under time constraints, maintain attention to detail, and handle confidential information responsibly.
