POSITION : OPTOMETRIST 

LOCATION : USJ TAIPAN, JOHOR BAHRU

TYPE OF WORK : FULL TIME

CRITERIA :

·      Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma graduate / Professional Degree in Optometry or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

·      Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1.   Perform comprehensive eye examinations.
2. Diagnose sight problems, such as near-sightedness and colour blindness.
3.  Conduct diagnostic tests and investigations, as instructed by ophthalmologist.
4. Coordinate procurement of surgery-related products such as intro-ocular lenses and assist in managing inventory. 
5.  Address patient inquiries and concerns.
6. Assist patients in processing insurance claims, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
7. Provide information and supportive counselling to patients on surgery (Lasik / ICL / Cataract).
8. Support the front desk operations when necessary.
