Job Description Summary
Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience across core utility processes. The role involves working closely with clients to design, configure, and implement Oracle CC&B solutions across customer management, billing, metering, and collections domains.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Information & Account Management:
Design and implement customer, account, premise, and service agreement processes
Configure move-in / move-out workflows
Gather and document business requirements
Billing & Rate Management:
Configure billing, rate structures, and bill determinants
Handle complex billing scenarios including proration and adjustments
Support SIT and UAT testing
Metering & Usage Integration:
Integrate CC&B with Meter Data Management systems
Configure usage transactions and service points
Ensure accurate consumption processing
Payments, Collections & Financials:
Configure payment processing and accounting rules
Implement collections strategies and dunning processes
Support integrations with ERP and payment systems
Implementation Experience
Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementations
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
Exposure to OUAF components and integration with MDM/ERP systems
Basic Qualifications
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
Strong understanding of utility business processes
Ability to support testing and deployment activities
Preferred Qualifications
Utilities domain experience (Electricity, Water, Gas)
Exposure to C2M or migration programs
Strong stakeholder management skills
Professional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and client engagement
Ability to work in global teams
Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
MBA preferred
