About the Role
Join our Digital Transformation team as a NetSuite Digital Consultant, where you will be the bridge between complex business challenges and scalable technical solutions. This is not just a coding role; you will be a key architect in our long-term strategy, ensuring our ERP ecosystem is agile, automated, and integrated with our global tech stack, including OA, CRM, WMS, and BI.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Customization & Automation
- Architect SuiteScript Solutions: Design and deploy high-performance scripts using SuiteScript (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, and Suitelet).
- Workflow Engineering: Build complex SuiteFlows and advanced Saved Searches/Financial Reports to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
- Form & UI Enhancement: Customize NetSuite forms and records to optimize user experience and data integrity.
Seamless Ecosystem Integration
- Middleware & API Management: Design robust integrations between NetSuite and external platforms such as Helios, OA, and WMS using RESTlets, SOAP, or middleware tools.
- Data Synchronization: Ensure real-time, bi-directional data flow for Finance and Operations teams to maintain one source of truth.
System Optimization & Excellence
- Performance Tuning: Conduct regular system audits to optimize script execution times and governance usage.
- RCA & Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 3 technical lead for Root Cause Analysis and resolution of complex system bugs.
- Deployment Lifecycle: Manage data migration, UAT support, and post-go-live stability for new module rollouts.
Technical Governance
- Documentation: Maintain a rigorous library of Technical Design Documents (TDD) and system architecture maps.
- Best Practices: Enforce version control (Git) and CI/CD deployment standards to ensure code quality and system security.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Financial Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite development with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end customization projects.
- Technical Stack: Proficient in SuiteScript 2.x and familiar with SuiteTalk (Web Services). Strong understanding of JavaScript and relational databases.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English; Mandarin skills are an added advantage.
- Soft Skills: Ability to translate Finance-speak into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Preferred Qualifications: NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer or Administrator certifications. Experience with integration tools like Dell Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft.
- Finance Knowledge: Understanding of GAAP or basic accounting principles such as Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
