Oracle Database Administrator

Role Description:

The Oracle Database Administrator will manage, configure, and maintain Oracle database environments to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting database issues, implementing replication strategies, and maintaining database security. The role also involves performance tuning and supporting mission-critical systems to meet organizational and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

-Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration and general Database Administration

-Experience with Replication and Troubleshooting of database environments

-Strong knowledge of implementing and maintaining Database Security

-Proven problem-solving skills and ability to optimize database performance

-Strong understanding of database management best practices and disaster recovery planning

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred

-Relevant Oracle or database administration certifications are an advantage

-Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented professional environment
