Required Skills: Oracle Finance Modules R12 (AR, GL, AP) ORACLE EBS TECHNICAL SKILLS (SQL/PLSQL, FORMS / OAF, REPORTS)

Must-Have

Extensive Experience in Oracle EBS R12 finance production Support engagements involving AR, GL, AP modules.

Good Analytical, communication, presentation, client interaction skills

Strong technical knowledge in the following Oracle R12 EBS technical areas

a. SQL / PLSQL, FORMS / OAF, REPORTS

Expertise in the following Oracle EBS R12 functional Areas:

a. Accounts Receivables

b. Account Payables

c. General Ledger

d. Order Management and Inventory

Good-to-Have

1. Implementation of Oracle R12 EBS finance experience.

2. Exposure to Agile way of working

3. Working at customer premises.

4. ITIL process to handle to support process.

Expectations from the Role

Onsite Production Support - Should support the finance business from customer location

Work on tickets created by end users in ITIL tools.

Guide business if there is any issues in their day today finance business operations
