We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM implementations, with the ability to design and optimize financial planning and reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Oracle EPM solutions for financial planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Oracle EPM applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle EPM functionalities.
- Prepare documentation including system specifications, user manuals, and process flows.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPM features and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-15 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation and management.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications such as Planning, Financial Consolidation, and Narrative Reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
- Understanding of financial processes and reporting standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
