Task Description:
At least 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefit and Absence Management
At least 3 full implementation cycle experience in Oracle Cloud HCM for Core module in both functional configuration and technical development.
Hands-on experience in Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, lookups, values sets, work structures, security, area of responsibility, configuration of HCM Process, designer studio, BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, HDL and Spreadsheet loader specifically on Core module.
Added advantages on Oracle Agent studio, bi-directional interfaces for payroll, experience with REST API, SOAP, etc
